A mountain day from Tbilisi along the Georgian Military Road to Stepantsminda and Gergeti, with lunch included.
This 12-hour tour departs Tbilisi at 09:00 and follows the Georgian Military Road through the Caucasus.
Stops include Zhinvali Reservoir, Ananuri, the Gudauri Friendship Monument, Stepantsminda and Gergeti.
Lunch is included in the 149 GEL price. The jeep ride to Gergeti costs approximately 20 GEL extra.
What you will see
1. Zhinvali and Ananuri
A reservoir and fortress in the first third of the drive. A history stop before the highlands.
2. Gudauri
Viewpoints on the pass. Even in summer it is cooler here than in Tbilisi.
3. Kazbegi and Stepantsminda
Stepantsminda and the church above the valley. On foot or by jeep — decided on the spot.
4. Gergeti
A meal on the route is already in the price.
