Georgian Tours is an online catalog and aggregator of local tours in Tbilisi and Batumi. We collect offers from local providers so guests can compare options and contact them directly.

Georgian Tours does not run the tours in the catalog, is not a party to the contract with the provider, and does not take payment for trips or other services in the catalog.

Tour pages are informational. Photos, duration, route and prices come from the provider. We check details when we can, but they can change.

The final price, date, route, number of guests and other terms are agreed between you and the provider. Always confirm the details before you pay.

Booking and payment happen directly with the provider of the tour you choose. We do not take card payments, we do not hold deposits, and we do not guarantee the deal.

Refunds, cancellations, changes and no-shows are governed by your agreement with that provider, not by Georgian Tours.

You can use the site to compare tours and contact providers.

The Georgian Tours name, the site design and the original texts belong to us. Photos and tour descriptions may belong to the providers who supplied them. You may not copy the catalog for a competing service without permission.

The site is a catalog of publicly offered tours. We are not responsible for how a trip is run, transport, weather, injuries, lost belongings, or disputes between guests and providers.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of Georgia.

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes are heard by the courts of Georgia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.

We may update these terms. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new version. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
