This policy explains what personal data Georgian Tours collects, why we need it, and what rights you have. Georgian Tours is a catalog of local tours in Tbilisi and Batumi. We are not a travel agency and we do not take payment for bookings.

What data we collect
We collect only what we need to run the catalog and reply to messages.
- Contact form: name, email, phone (if you add it) and the message.
- Usage data through Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the referral source.
- Site language: a cookie that remembers the language you chose.
- Currency: stored in the browser (localStorage), not on our servers.
Why we use the data
We use the data to run the catalog and answer messages.
- To reply to messages from the contact form.
- To see which pages are useful and improve the catalog.
- To remember language and currency.
- To see that someone opened a provider phone or messenger. That notice does not include your name.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We do not pass your contacts to a tour provider unless you write or call them yourself using the phone, WhatsApp or other contacts on the listing.
We use services that process data on our behalf:
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) for site statistics.
- Email for messages from the contact form.
- Telegram only for internal notices that someone opened a provider contact. Those notices do not include your name.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a cookie for language and, if analytics is on, for statistics. The currency choice is stored locally in the browser and is not a cookie.
How long we keep data
We keep contact form messages while we need to reply and keep the point of the request, then we delete or archive them.
Analytics is kept according to the Google Analytics retention settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and you can object to processing. Visitors from the EU and EEA have GDPR rights, including a complaint to a supervisory authority.

Children
The site is not meant for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child sent us personal data, write to hello@georgian-tours.com and we will delete it.
