The longest day trip from Batumi, crossing the border for Uzungöl and Trabzon before returning at night. A passport is required.




The journey begins early with a border crossing at Sarpi before continuing along Turkey's Black Sea coast to Uzungöl.
Depending on the itinerary, the tour visits Trabzon, Hagia Sophia or Sumela Monastery.
The trip lasts 15–16 hours and costs from 150 GEL. Admission tickets and meals are extra, and a valid passport is required.

1. Sarpi border
An early start from Batumi and the crossing into Turkey. There can be a queue at the checkpoint — that is built into the long day.
2. Uzungöl
A mountain lake and village above Trabzon. The postcard stop on the nature version of the route.
3. Trabzon or Sumela
Depending on the operator: Hagia Sophia and the city, the cliffside Panagia Sumela monastery, or Forum mall. Check the day’s lineup in the offer.
4. Return to Batumi
The return border crossing and arrival in the city in the evening or at night.
